A new chapter

Hey y’all you peeps! I’m here drinking coffee, thinking about my beloved blog and what to write…. For today I’m going to write something very personal, something that recently happened to me. Then we will carry on with the usual, well I should say unusual, topics…

So, as you might know already, I always had a “particular” taste and always been interested in not-very-ordinary topics and subjects. Six Feet Under had a great impact on me when I was 11. Since then I’ve always seen myself working within the funeral trade… what a dream huh?! Unfortunately in Italy is basically impossbile to get into this business as the majority of the funeral homes are family runned, so that’s why I moved to London more than one year ago, thinking that here would have been easier… silly me. Since I moved here, I always sent CVs upon CVs, but no one noticed me, until now.

Yes, with huge pride, I can inform you that in a couple of days I will start as a trainee embalmer…. and words can’t describe how happy I am. When you finally reach something that you dreamed for so long nothing else really matters.

The thing is that the majority of the people doesn’t really understand how rewarding this job is. Helping families during the most difficult time of their lives is just an honour.

I will try to keep the blog updated anyway and trying to write another tarot reading within the end of the week.

It’s 2018…(Oh Sh!t)

Hey y’all my fellow weirdos! First thing first HAPPY NEW YEAR! I can’t believe it’s 2018 already! 2017 just flew and I can’t believe that I wrote my last post in june! EMBARASSING! A lot of things happened, some of them good, some of them… well, not that nice, but at least I’m here.

You will soon (and by soon I mean TOMORROW!) be reading new posts and I will also try, I promise to do my best, to offer you new contents.

In the meantime I want to thank who sent me messages and comments asking me where the hell I was. Thank you so so much!

Time.

Hello guys! How are you all? I’m always very “nervous” when I have to write a personal post and never know how to start.
I have a couple of posts planned but I’ll be off for a few days. If you follow this blog you know that most of the posts are about not-very-happy topics, and though I really love each thing that I wrote here, right now I’m not feeling comfortable to post/write the usual stuff. I’m pretty sure you all know what happened in Paris, and even if I’m not from there I’m very shocked by this dreadful situation. A couple of friends of mine were very close to the area where everything took place, thankfully they’re fine.
This blog receives visits from all over the world so I’m sure you can understand this decision.
Horrible things happen everyday and we must carry on with our lives…though sometimes it can be quite difficult.

Halloween Month 🎃

Halloween month has finally arrived and I can’t be happier! It is (of course) my favourite time of the year and I must share this love with you all!! There’ll be a lot of posts related to this topic and a very creepy countdown during the last 10 days of October, just so that we can celebrate the coolest night of the year in a “Weird” way.

I should have written this post yesterday as today is the 2nd but the truth is that I am the biggest procrastinator of the universe (plus I’m a bit busy). Anyway, be ready for a month full of spooky stories, creepy facts and bizarre stuff.

Hello weirdos out there!

Hello everybody and welcome on The Weirdo! I created this blog on the 22nd of February and… well, I thought it was about time to write, at least, a tiny introduction.

So, you’re maybe wondering what this blog is going to be about, basically I’m going to list/gather all the weird, bizarre, unique, and grotesque places and exhibitions I have the chance to visit or attend.
